Russel C. Patalinghog
Russel C. Patalinghog, or Russel CP, is a full-time technical writer, a multimedia artist and a photographer.
He graduated from the University of the Philippines, Diliman campus, with a bachelor’s degree in Library and Information science.
As a technical writer, he has authored numerous user guides and reference manuals using Adobe Framemaker, Microsoft Office Suite and OpenOffice.Org.
As a multimedia artist, he is knowledgeable in webpage design and development, skilled in multimedia design and content creation and highly skilled in PC-based non-linear video editing with Adobe Premiere Pro software on the Matrox video-editing systems. He has worked in broadcast production since 2000 and has done video editing for television shows, commercials, corporate and institutional videos. He has edited international award winning videos for MAD COMM Co. Ltd. since 2003.
As a photographer, he specializes in product, portraits, landscapes, events and documentary photography and has had his photos published in newspapers and online galleries. He and his brother, Deo, also run Memento Creative Photography Studio, a photography services company specializing in fashion, product, wedding and commercial photography.
